• STRICTLY NO outside food permitted in the venue
• STRICTLY NO knives allowed inside the venue

Exceptions:

• Lolly bags to hand out at the end of the party

Adults waiting during the party are welcome to purchase food and drinks from our café.

Please notify our team in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements, as alternative options may be available.

The following items are NOT permitted in the facility:

• Nuts

• Chewing gum
• Glass items

Our staff reserve the right to inspect cakes before entry to ensure they comply with venue policies.

Arrival Time

We kindly recommend all guests arrive 15 minutes before the party start time and complete waivers before arrival.

This helps ensure a smooth check-in process and avoids losing valuable party time.
